Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician to join a full-time, clinic-based practice. This role involves providing comprehensive reproductive healthcare to women, managing prenatal and postnatal care, performing deliveries, and addressing a range of gynecological conditions. The position also includes opportunities for leadership and mentorship, with occasional weekend and on-call responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)

  • At least 3 years of experience in both Gynecology and Obstetrics

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Current and valid licenses/certifications in the state of California:

    • Medical Doctor (MD) License

    • DEA Registration

    • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) Certification

    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including routine exams, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postnatal follow-up

  • Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and manage chronic diseases

  • Deliver both outpatient and inpatient medical care

  • Ensure accurate medical charting and documentation

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and healthcare team on patient management and clinic operations

  • Participate in clinic policy development and service improvement initiatives

  • Serve as a preceptor for medical and advanced practice provider students

  • Support and help implement patient-centered, community-based care models

  • Rotate between clinic locations as needed

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts

  • Be available for on-call coverage approximately 56 days per month

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM

  • Occasional weekends and on-call duties required
