Overview

As an ER Nurse Manager II, you will lead a team in the Emergency Department, focusing on high-quality care and patient safety. You will have the opportunity to shape a positive work environment and implement important policies and programs. Key Responsibilities Shape a positive team environment. Ensure high-quality nursing practices. Promote teamwork and patient safety. Create plans and implement policies. Manage resources and oversee finances. Manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals. Act as caregiver when needed. Schedule and Shift Details Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (TX)
