Role Overview
The Senior Media Buyer plays a critical role in driving Bayantech's global growth by managing and optimizing B2B paid advertising campaigns across international markets. This position is centered on generating high-quality inbound leads, specifically Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), for key services including Translation & Localization, Multilingual SEO, and Content & Media Localization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and performance-driven, with proven experience in managing global B2B campaigns and a strong focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impact rather than lead volume alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize global paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies targeting enterprises, SMEs, and key decision-makers such as marketing managers, localization managers, and product teams.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) aligned with Bayantech's ideal customer profiles.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Develop and scale retargeting strategies across platforms.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across global markets including the US, Europe, and GCC.
- Implement accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations such as HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with content and SEO teams to enhance landing pages and messaging.
- Align with the sales team to ensure lead quality, SQL validation, and continuous feedback loops.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify scalability opportunities, market potential, and channel effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports covering CPL, CPA, conversion rates, SQL rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within SaaS, technology, or localization and language services.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing global campaigns targeting multiple regions.
- Solid understanding of B2B funnels and lead qualification stages (MQL SQL Opportunity).
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Bitrix24.
- Ability to optimize campaigns with a strong focus on revenue, not just lead volume.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns and scaling performance effectively.
Nice to Have
Experience within the localization or translation industry would be a strong advantage, along with familiarity with account-based marketing approaches. Exposure to tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is also beneficial, as well as an understanding of multilingual marketing challenges.
