The Paid Advertising Team Leader will be responsible for leading and scaling global B2B performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. The role focuses on generating high-quality inbound leads, optimizing advertising spend, and directly contributing to company revenue through data-driven campaign strategies.

The candidate will oversee paid media activities across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, ensuring campaigns are optimized for SQL generation, conversion efficiency, and revenue attribution rather than only traffic or lead volume.

The Paid Advertising Team Leader will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align paid acquisition strategies with business growth objectives and ensure measurable ROI from all paid advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global B2B paid advertising strategies aligned with company revenue goals.

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Lead and mentor the paid advertising team to improve campaign performance and scalability.

  • Drive high-quality inbound lead generation and focus on Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) rather than only lead volume.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve cost efficiency and ROI.

  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation across channels.

  • Implement data-driven growth strategies using performance analytics and attribution models.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and revenue targets.

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue attribution.

  • Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing.

  • Proven experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and SQL-focused campaigns.

  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking tools.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead qualification processes.

  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a marketing team.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
