Job Description :

- Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software
- Responding to support queries from the help desk ticketing system, phone, and email

Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level

Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
-
Installing and troubleshooting CCTV
-
Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.)

Managing employees' emails/accounts
-
Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
-
Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed

Requirements : 
 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

  • 0-1 years of experience in a help desk environment

  • A+ and N+ certifications preferred

  • Highly organized to handle help desk tickets effectively

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues

  • Cybersecurity and Networking knowledge.
