Senior DTP

Job Description:

• Master the use of common DTP tools like Adobe Suite and MS Office tools.
• Providing technical support to Junior Desktop publishing staff.
• Paying attention to minor details.
• Sharing expertise with colleagues.
• Complete assigned projects on time and with the quality standard
• Able to handle tasks evaluation, preparation, formatting, and delivery.
• Performing layouts for reports and catalogs, and image correction or manipulation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on a timely basis.
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports to the direct manager.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in desktop publishing with 3 years at least in localization companies
• Excellent experience in Adobe InDesign, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat is a must.
• Very good experience in MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, and Adobe FrameMaker.
• Good experience dealing with different font types.
• Fair knowledge of eLearning authoring tools.
• Good knowledge of publishing specifications of page size, binding, trim and Bleeds, and processing formats for color printing.
• Should have hands-on experience with PDF corrections.
• Be able to perform text/picture corrections on PDF files in case open files are not available.
