Quality Assurance Coordinator (Hybrid)
About the job Quality Assurance Coordinator (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations, including ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct internal quality audits, develop audit plans, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms.
- Track non-conformities and quality incidents, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Contribute to employee training on quality policies, standards, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent in Visio, HubSpot, Qtopia, and Raspberry.
