About the job Quality Assurance Coordinator (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations, including ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.
  • Conduct internal quality audits, develop audit plans, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms.
  • Track non-conformities and quality incidents, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Contribute to employee training on quality policies, standards, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent in Visio, HubSpot, Qtopia, and Raspberry.
