Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in creating, developing and executing the content marketing strategy.
  • Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of print and digital content that for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, social media, ad campaigns.
  • Work to maintain existing content production whilst continuously researching and recommending new avenues to maximize our content efforts.
  • Work closely with content writers to maintain and improve the quality of your content, verifying the authenticity of the content and making sure the content is linguistically fluent, factually correct, engaging, and aligns with our quality framework as well as the brands voice and style guide.
  • Provide constructive feedback to content writers on writing style, grammar, content accuracy, and technical precision for both long-form and short-form content across all digital channels.
  • Follow our monthly plans, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of materials.
  • Stay updated on content and social media industry knowledge and explore new ways to target and engage our audiences.
    
    Job Requirements:
  • BA in English Language or English Literature
  • 3-4years of experience in content writing and proofreading is a must.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a content-led role within a marketing team
  • Proven work experience in technical writing (such as SaaS.)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
  • Experience in B2B inbound marketing is a must.
  • Portfolio of published articles and website content.
  • Familiarity with SEO
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
