Job Description
- Installing and configuring and upgrading computer hardware and software.
- Respond to support queries from help desk ticketing system, phone and email.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
- Installing and troubleshooting of CCTV.
- Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
- Managing employees' emails/accounts.
- Adding and updating inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment.
- A+, N+ experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized to handle Help desk tickets effectively.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
