About the job DTP Specialist
Job Description:
- Master the use of common DTP tools like Adobe Suite and MS Office tools.
- Paying attention to minor details.
- Sharing expertise with colleagues.
- Complete assigned projects on time and with the quality standard.
- Able to handle tasks evaluation, preparation, formatting, and delivery.
- Performing layouts for reports and catalogs, and image correction or manipulation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on a timely basis.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports to the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in desktop publishing with 2 years at least in localization companies.
- Excellent experience in Adobe InDesign, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat is a must.
- Good experience in MS PowerPoint, and MS Publisher.
- Experience dealing with different font types.
- Good knowledge of publishing specifications of page size, binding, trim and Bleeds, and processing formats for color printing.
- Should have hands-on experience with PDF corrections.
