System Administrator

At BayanTech, a leading global localization company, we are looking for a reliable and proactive System Administrator to support our growing operations and ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems to support business operations
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability for internal tools and localization platforms
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Ensure data security and compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues in a timely manner
• Support internal teams with technical issues and system access
• Manage virtualization environments and cloud-based services
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
