Bayt Recruitment are pleased to hire an experienced Sales Manager to work for a Dubai Real Estate developer from their London office

As a Sales Manager you will assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in Dubai real estate market.

The role responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with brokers (Also called Channel Partners) and Investors.

Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with the Broker (also called Channel Partners) network in the United kingdom.
  • Engaging professionally with all Brokers for fruitful relationships with the company.
  • Achieving and maintaining high conversion rate of sales.
  • Completing all sale transactions as per company policy.
  • Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sales transaction.
  • Establishing & maintaining relations with new Brokers & retention of existing ones.
  • Motivating the Brokers for increased participation in selling the companies projects.
  • Extending full support to all Brokers at all times to achieve highest sales.

Experience
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Candidates MUST have 2 years Estate Agency experience
