Our Industrial vertical aims to solve the problems faced by Pakistans $20B+ raw material market by improving the trade economics for businesses and simplifying processes through digitization. It serves as a tech-enabled aggregator, catering to suppliers and buyers in the procurement of raw materials such as chemicals, construction, steel, textile, polymers and more.
Your Typical Day as Business Development Manager - Polymers
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the polymer industry
- Actively seek and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base and revenue streams
- Develop strategies for market development, including entering new geographical areas or industry sectors
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the team
You Must Have
8 to 10 years of experience in the polymers industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
Bonus Points if you have
Proficiency in MS Office
