Summary:
leads the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids, ensuring they are compliant, compelling, and submitted on time. They collaborate with various internal departmentssales, finance, technical teams.
Involves overseeing and coordinating the preparation and submission of proposals or bids, typically in response to tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), or similar opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs to assess bid feasibility
- Develop a bid plan, timeline, and responsibilities matrix
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with timelines and objectives
- Organize (win/loss analysis) to gather feedback and improve future bids
- Track bid success rates and report on bid performance metrics.
- Track the progress of each opportunity, identify any bottlenecks, and ensure issues are resolved.
- Create the BD projects and assign technical teams to record their working hours.
- Validate pricings to create the financial offer.
- Validate Sales orders.
- Manage weekly Sales Review meetings with regional teams to receive updates on opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between the pipeline sheet and CRM system.
- Prepare a monthly report for the finance team listing all won and expected-to-be-won projects, with detailed revenue breakdown per project.
- Prepare analytical reports to summarize the commercial status
Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce Financial Markets & Institutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
