About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Bidding Specialist with a strong focus on data analysis and sales forecasting to manage the end-to-end bidding and proposal process. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, while providing analytical insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and assess bid feasibility
Develop bid plans, timelines, and ownership matrices
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure deadline alignment
Track opportunities, resolve bottlenecks, and monitor bid performance
Conduct win/loss analysis and track success rates
Create BD projects and assign technical teams working hours
Validate pricing, financial offers, and sales orders
Manage weekly sales review meetings with regional teams
Ensure alignment between pipeline sheets and CRM
Prepare monthly finance reports and commercial analytics

Requirements

Strong data analysis and sales forecasting skills
Bachelors degree in Commerce (Financial Markets & Institutions)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in opportunity qualification and pipeline tracking
High attention to accuracy and compliance
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience in dashboards and data visualization
Hands-on experience with ERP tools (Odoo, Oracle)
