Key Responsibilities

  • Account Growth & Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our footprint across
  • UAE government entities, focusing on Abu Dhabi public sector organizations and ensuring alignment with sales
  • targets for data management, AI solutions, and consultancy services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials, decision-makers, and influencers, positioning our services as enablers of data-driven innovation and AI adoption.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal
  • development, negotiation, and contract closure focusing on securing high-value projects in Abu Dhabi.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify client challenges related to data strategy, AI implementation, and digital
  • transformation, tailoring solutions that address their specific needs and objectives.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with strategic vendors, technology partners, and
  • system integrators to offer comprehensive solutions and enhance market positioning.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi government initiatives, AI adoption trends, and data governance
  • regulations, proactively advising clients and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, technical consultants, and marketing teams to craft
  • compelling proposals and impactful client presentations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to senior
  • management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, focusing on data, AI, and consultancy services in the public sector.
  • Strong network within Abu Dhabi government entities, ministries, and public organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of data management, AI solutions (including GenAI), and digital consultancy.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE government procurement processes, RFPs, and tendering cycles.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic written and spoken is required.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
