The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing the company's marketing initiatives across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital presence, content creation, event coordination, and communication. Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Content Creation: Ability to develop engaging and relevant content tailored to various social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize strategies.
Community Engagement: Skills in building and nurturing online communities, responding to comments, and managing customer interactions.
2. Website Management
· Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal for updating and maintaining website content.
· SEO Optimization: Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
· User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX principles to ensure a user-friendly and engaging website experience.
3. Collateral Building
· Copywriting: Strong writing skills for creating compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
· Brand Consistency: Ability to maintain brand voice and visual identity across all marketing collateral.
· Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
4. Graphic Design
· Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong command of social media and content planning tools.
- Adequate design skills (67/10), with experience in visual creation tools.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in website management, CRM tools, and email handling.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
