Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager at our Hotel in Kapitan Andreevo, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for managing the staff during the shift.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Shift Manager/Duty Manager in a Hotel.
• Education in the field of Hotel Management, Tourism or Business Administration.
• B2 level of English language proficiency.
• Experience with reservation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to the casino's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the hotel staff during shifts.
• Ensuring that the reception and lobby area are clean and tidy.
• Ensuring that all staff adhere to health and safety protocols and wear appropriate uniforms.
• Assisting in creating the staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
