About the job Concierge

We are looking to hire a Concierge for our Hotel in Kapitan Andreevo, Bulgaria.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Concierge/Porter or a similar position in a Hotel.
  • High school diploma.
  • B2 level of English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of local attractions in the region.
  • Organized personality with attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in shifts and on weekends, as per the hotel's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
  • Direct guests to the reception or their respective rooms.
  • Maintain the hotel entrance in a clean and welcoming condition.
  • Arrange taxi services upon request.
  • Report damages, call technicians, and monitor repairs.
  • Follow evacuation rules in case of emergencies.
  • Assist with check-out and send off guests when leaving the hotel.
