F&B Manager

In the role of F&B Manager at our casino in Kapitan Andreevo, Bulgaria, you will oversee the entire process of food and beverage preparation and service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an F&B Manager or a similar managerial position in the restaurant and casino industry.
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
• B2 level of English language proficiency.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with a team.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry and service standards.
• Professional attitude towards responsibilities and colleagues.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts and night hours, based on casino needs.

Responsibilities:

• Approve the included menu items and their pricing.
• Monitor the proper preparation and serving of dishes and control over the quality.
• Approve orders and track inventory.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team.
• Maintain daily documentation.
• Work with stock module restaurant software.
• Participate in conducting audits of available products and beverages.
• Communicate with external suppliers and partners to optimize costs.
