Host/Hostess

We are looking to hire a Host/Hostess for our casino establishment in Kapitan Andreevo, Bulgaria.

The main focus of the role will be greeting, seating, and serving guests in the restaurant of our casino.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a similar position in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
• Polite and pleasant attitude towards guests.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
• Ability to work in a team and handle a busy schedule.
• Good knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the casino's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Take table reservations and manage them according to the available resources.
• Welcome, seat, and bid farewell to restaurant/casino guests.
• Monitor the number and accurate distribution of guests according to available seating.
• Ensure the implementation and strict adherence to the company's standards.
• Be familiar with the service zones in the restaurant/casino and assist the waitstaff.
• Maintain direct contact with customers.
• Adhere to the Internal Rules and Regulations.
