Bellboy

We are looking to hire a Bellboy for our Hotel in Captain Andreevo, Bulgaria.

The work is in a pleasant atmosphere and a cohesive team, with a strong emphasis on guest attention and attention to detail in service.

Adhering to the corporate culture and maintaining the hotel's image and reputation are top priorities for the staff.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma.
• Driver's license category B.
• Clean criminal record.
• Neat appearance and pleasant manners.
• Discretion and politeness.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including night shifts).

Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms, following service standards.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, by hand or using luggage carts.
• Explain the operation of room amenities, such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions.
• Direct guests to the appropriate parking spaces and organize the parking area.
• Collaborate with other departments in the hotel.
