Receptionist - Hotel

First impressions matter most.

In order to make our guests' stay unforgettable, we are looking to appoint a Receptionist who will be the face of our hotel in Kapitan Andreevo, Bulgaria. 

The ideal candidate should be a responsible person with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

The main responsibilities of the role will include welcoming and accommodating hotel guests. Additionally, handling reservations and communicating with various departments will be part of the role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience at the reception in the hospitality industry.
• Completed secondary education.
• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Previous experience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility in working hours and readiness to work on a schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
• Energetic and positive approach to customer service.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Processing reservations and welcoming hotel guests.
• Providing information and directions regarding hotel services, and nearby attractions.
• Registering hotel guests, including verifying their personal information and entering necessary details into the hotel system.
• Working with the reservation system and ensuring updated data on room availability and prices.
• Processing payments and issuing receipts or invoices.
• Providing information about the hotel and casino's rules and regulations, including security policies and behavior norms.
• Answering phone calls and emails with inquiries about hotel and casino accommodation and services.
