Independent Sales Representative (Remote)

BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30+ countries, is growing in the UK. We're looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to bring our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.

What you'll do

• Approach companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and coaches who hire or develop people
• Offer a free demo — one candidate assessed across three of our tests — to demonstrate value
• Help interested clients get set up and grow their account over time
• Work remotely, managing your own time

Earnings that build over time

Your commissions are cumulative: every client you bring on keeps generating income month after month. As your portfolio grows across the months and years, so do your earnings — turning steady effort into substantial, recurring income. Uncapped and performance-based.

As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately $14,000 to $30,000 (USD equivalent), depending on the time you invest — from a few hours a week up to full-time. With greater commitment and consistency, results can grow well beyond this in the following years.
