Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fragrance goods, customer-centric, and skilled at building lasting relationships with clients. This role involves promoting and selling our premium fragrance lines while delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate perfume and cosmetic products to potential clients, including retailers, salons, boutiques, and individual customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close sales deals profitably.

Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our perfume and cosmetic catalogue, including ingredients, benefits, usage, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide insightful advice.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products and expand market reach.

Customer Service & Support

  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Qualifications and Experience:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
    • Passion for beauty products and understanding of the fragrance and cosmetic market.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
    • A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
