About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Intern to join our Audit & Assurance team. In this role, you will support the audit team in performing audit procedures, preparing working papers, reconciling financial data, and completing various administrative and documentation tasks. Requirements:
- Final-year undergraduate student from Accounting with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for a three to six months.
Job Description:
- Assist Associates and Seniors in performing audit procedures, including vouching, reconciliations, and preparing audit working papers.
- Support the audit team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing audit documentation, reports, and other engagement-related materials.
- Perform data recapitulation, document filing, and other administrative tasks to support audit engagements.
- Carry out other clerical and operational duties assigned by auditors while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
