RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do:

You will join a dynamic and innovative team, working as a Senior Data Scientist on topics such as Document Factory RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents – strengthening existing models and scaling them, ensuring a strong focus on innovation and continuous technology monitoring.

Profile

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Mastery of data science modeling: training classical models and fine‑tuning deep learning models such as BERT.
• Strong knowledge of Python machine learning packages and libraries related to Generative AI: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, and LangChain.
• Significant experience in NLP.
• Experience in Computer Vision (OCR and YOLO models for object detection).
• Experience in building a RAG system and solid knowledge of the Generative AI ecosystem (commercial LLMs such as GPT‑4, GPT‑4o, prompting techniques, and open‑source LLMs such as LLaMA 3, Mistral).
• Implementation of metrics to evaluate model performance.
