Infor M3 FAM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, customizing, and supporting the Infor M3 ERP system, with specific experience in the FAM (Finance and Administration),

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide consulting services related to the implementation and optimization of the Infor M3 ERP system.
• Participate in Infor M3 implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, training, and deployment.
• Configure and customize the Infor M3 system to meet specific business needs, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices, industry standards, and functional capabilities within the Infor M3 ecosystem.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and key stakeholders.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of the Infor M3 environment.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and other consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Stay current with the latest developments, updates, and trends within the Infor M3 platform and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Infor M3 Consultant or similar role
• Strong expertise in Infor M3 FAM functional modules minimum 6 years. 
• Experience with FAM (Finance and Administration) standard module .
• Experience with FAM (Italian localization market ) is considered a plus.
• Experience with LSP module is considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Infor M3 implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites if needed (Italy/Germany)
• Italian language is considered a plus
