Business Analyst (RBS) (24000U2S)

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Ensure corrective et evolutive maintenance activities for the application of the team;
• Manage the incidents (communication and  analysis);
• Operational support : User assistance and expertise;
• Contribute to the 3rd level support, this includes monitoring of the resolution of incident and troubleshooting;
• Contribute to the quality of the application continues improvement actions;
• Conduct qualification test (integration and non regression ) and performance tests (BDDs);
• Ensure recurrent reporting activities and offer deep dive analysis  on the data;
• Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams;
• Develop and build test cases and take charge of functional tests;
• Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests;
• Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA, Wikis, project doc);
• Comply with the standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality, documentation);
• Understanding, analyze and translate user needs.

Profile

• 2-3 years experience in a similar job profile;
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills;
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols;
• Rigorous and very well organized;
• Basic Knowledge of the SQL and capacity to create simple querys;
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions;
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and environment is a plus.

Cerinte obligatorii: 

• Nivel de limba franceza mediu spre avansat, interviul final este in franceza (nivel B2). 
• Experienta bancara ca BA

Cautam sa creem un binom pe partea de analiza de business si ne-am dori profile care :

• Sa asigure o activitate preponderent de maintenance (corectiva si evolutiva);
• Sa asigure gestiunea de incidente cu partea de comunicare si analiza fonctionala;
• Sa asigure si cerinte de analiza de business simple spre medii de evolutie reglamentare sau corectiva;
• Sa asigure traducerea tehnico-functionala a cerintelor de business  impreuna cu echipa de dezvolatre ;
• Sa asigure scenariile de teste in cadrul campniilor de deploy ;
• Sa asigure o activitate de reporting, interpretare si consolidare a datelor client ;
• Sa asigure o activitate de investigare a coerentei datelor si asistenta in cerintele de business.

Profilul :

• 2-3 ani experienta in job similar : BA sau analiza de date in domenii de confirmitate ,banking ;
• Riguros si foarte bine organizat ;
• Capacitatea de analiza si experienta in a oferi asistenta business (problem solving) ;
• Abilitatea de a comunica fluent in franceza pentru a asigura raportea si sincronizarea cu echipe terte;
• Experienta in crearea de teste de calificare a cerintelor de business;
• Cunostinte basic de base de date (DB2, Oracle) ;
• Competente de Mainframe/Cobol batch este un plus.
