Minimum Requirements

1. Professional Experience

• Proven experience in delivering at least one Salesforce Experience Cloud project with a minimum effort of 80 man-days per project in the proposed role
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices for web applications
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and responsive design
• A strong design portfolio

1. Seniority

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the proposed role, gained in IT projects of comparable complexity
• This requirement is based on the assumption that delivering a single enterprise-level project typically requires at least 3 years

1. Certifications (optional)

• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer

Additional Scoring Criteria

• Experience in delivering one Salesforce Experience Cloud project with an effort between 100 and 150 man-days in the proposed role
• Experience in delivering two Salesforce Experience Cloud projects with an effort between 100 and 150 man-days in the proposed role
• Experience in delivering more than two Salesforce Experience Cloud projects with an effort exceeding 150 man-days in the proposed role
