CT TECHNOLOGIST

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will perform advanced imaging procedures using GE equipment while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. This role is integral in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging to aid in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain GE CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable protocols and standards of care.
• Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure accurate image acquisition.
• Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, allowing for agency adjustments up to three times within the contract period.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  • ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • NYS DOH CT Technologist Licensure (or an out-of-state license with the commitment to obtain NYS licensure before the start date).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of travel CT technologist experience.
  • Proficiency in operating GE CT equipment.

Schedule and Special Notes:

• Shift Details: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (7:00 PM 7:30 AM).
