Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a physical presence to enhance teamwork and ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate client communications and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks including finance, billing, document creation, and maintaining case files.
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, ensuring compliance with court and firm standards.
  • Track deadlines and court dates, assist with the discovery process and manage e-Discovery with vendors.
  • Support client billing, manage calendars, schedule travel, and track expenses.

Proficiencies:

  • Skilled in Intapp Time, Chrome River, and iManage.
  • Expert in e-filing across State and Federal courts.
  • Deep knowledge of court rules and legal document standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and document management systems.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years in a litigation support role.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Notary certification is a plus.
