Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage and coordinate incoming daily request from internal and external stakeholders,
  • Maintain organised records of investment promotion materials, bilateral records and engagements,
  • Support IRC officers in preparing briefing materials, presentations for bilateral engagements.

Coordination of Engagements

  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, briefings, and site visits with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and ensuring relevant materials are prepared in advance.
  • Support preparation of materials required for meetings and engagements.

Tracking & Data Management

  • Maintain and update databases of IRC activities for reporting and tracking lead generation
  • Coordinate with team to ensure records of engagements, sector information and related documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Manage and update database for international contacts.

Promotion Activity Support

  • Assist in organising investment promotion related activities including outgoing and incoming business missions and bilateral engagements.
  • Support preparation of promotional materials, presentations and logistical arrangements for incoming visits and business missions.

Internal Coordination

  • Assist in preparing briefs and maintaining documentation related to engagements and sector activities.
  • Liaise with internal FAST teams and relevant BEDB divisions to facilitate information sharing where required for bilateral requests
  • Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders for monthly updates and briefs.

Key Requirements:

  • HND in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; applicants with little to no prior work experience are welcome.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage incoming daily requests and support team operations.
  • Experience or familiarity with logistics coordination for meetings, events, or trade missions is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes, stakeholder coordination, and event preparation.
  • Familiarity with database management, data tracking, or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders and support collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Must be registered with JobCentre Brunei.
  • Have never been awarded iReady or SKIPPA contracts by JobCentre Brunei.
