[IR/2026/001] iReady: In-Country Value Officer, Enterprise Development - 2 positions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Undertake information gathering, research and analysis of data as requested to provide relevant advice and information to the team 18 months
• Analyses and identifies the requirements of the task/project and follows these through to execution and implementation
• Contribute ideas and innovative solutions to departmental issues
• Contribute to and produce reports and delivering presentations to individuals and groups
• Proactively manages and tracks projects ensuring timely progression through proper project scheduling, planning and scoping
• Refers to and works with other departments and relevant external agencies to ensure alignment and the projects run smoothly. Support BEDB-wide activities
• Ensure compliance with BEDB policies and procedures
• Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Directors/line manager.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Data Analytics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Business and Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Welcoming applicants with little to no prior work experience.
• Basic analytical or research skills; ability to work with data is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Good teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Must be registered with JobCentre Brunei.
• Have never been awarded iReady or SKIPPA contracts by JobCentre Brunei.
