The role holder supports corporate strategy management and execute strategic transformation initiatives through project coordination, data management, and digital enablement. The role ensures effective tracking of strategic initiatives, supports organisational data and system improvements, and contributes to strengthening execution discipline and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Strategy Management
- Coordinate and follow up with departments to ensure timely updates of corporate KPI scorecards.
- Consolidate and verify performance data for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Consolidate and analyse KPI data to support quarterly and annual corporate performance reviews.
- Draft performance reports, decks, briefing materials and structured talking points for briefing/reporting to internal and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
- Maintain proper documentation of corporate scorecards and reporting records.
B. Strategic Transformation
- Serve as project coordinator for assigned iniatiatives (e.g., CRM, project management framework), including planning tasks, defining milestones and timelines, tracking progress, and escalating issues where required.
- Support implementation of transformation projects, including system rollouts and organisational initiatives.
- Administer internal platforms (e.g. intranet), ensuring content is updated and structured, and support user adoption through training and engagement activities.
- Support data management and organisation across departments, including data consolidation, basic analysis, and improving data collection practices for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the development of the centralised customer database, including data cleaning and migration planning, coordination of requirements, and tracking implementation progress.
- Conduct research on digital transformation and organisational best practices to identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency and processes.
C. Administrative & Secretariat Support
- Provide administrative support to the Strategy Unit, including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and monitor follow-through against agreed timelines.
- Maintain organised records and central repositories for strategy and project documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategic Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Typically 0-3 years of relevant work experience in strategy, project management, digital transformation, data analytics, or related field.
- Strong project coordination and delivery support capabilities.
- Good understanding of strategy, KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively, including defining tasks, milestones, and timelines for projects and assignments.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams in a structured and disciplined manner.
- Familiarity with data organisation and data quality practices (e.g. data cleaning, validation, and consolidation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Good written communication skills for reports, minutes, and presentation materials.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Proficient in data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tools such as Power BI or similar is an advantage).
