- Provide high-quality support across all active technical projects
- Ensure clients receive timely and effective support
- Resolve escalated customer issues independently
- Organize and manage project components, reporting progress to the Technical Director
- Review project proposals and plans to develop clear objectives
- Define project responsibilities and assign resources accordingly
- Analyse product design and customer requirements to determine specifications and prepare cost estimates
- Design and conduct tests to validate product performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and resolving issues
- Monitor and control project plans, recommending adjustments as needed
- Manage project budgets and contractor agreements
- Prepare and present project status reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure timely reporting of project issues to minimize delays
- Track and monitor project tasks, negotiating with clients when necessary
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support professional services targets and contribute to overall team success
- Work closely with the commercial team to facilitate project closure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
- Degree or certification in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong initiative, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-focused and action-oriented mindset
- Experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
- Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master
- Technical certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft CCSE, ITIL v3 are advantageous
