Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT solutions, a proactive approach to achieving targets, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote sales and service existing clients based on their requests and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contact databases.
• Build and sustain positive business relationships to ensure repeat and future sales.
• Expedite resolution of client issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
• Develop strong client relationships to maintain high service levels and loyalty.
• Prepare sales orders, job sheets, and marketing tracking documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an IT Sales Representative.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, resourceful, and innovative.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to support and coordinate with the sales team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Network/Security products is an added advantage.
