• Job Title: Short-Form Video Editor/Video Clipper/Content Creator/Social Media Manager

• Responsibilities:
  • Outsource video editing tasks.
  • Create and manage social media accounts for fitness-related content.
  • Create engaging short-form video clips (e.g., highlights, challenges, etc.).
  • Post videos on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
  • Source and gather content for videos (e.g., games, trending fitness content).
  • Handle regular updates and ensure consistency across all accounts

• Experience Level:
  • Intermediate to high-level video editing skills (proficient with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
  • Experience in creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content sourcing, especially fitness or wellness-related material.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Quick turnaround time for video editing and posting.

• Technical Proficiency:
  • Adobe Premiere
  • Final Cut Pro
  • CapCut or other video editing tools.
  • Social media platforms management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, etc.)

Work Details:

• Work Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday; 9 AM - 5 PM (Central Time)

• Duration:
  • Ongoing, full-time position

• Hours:
  • 40 hours per week

• Presentation Due Date:
  • ASAP

• Estimated Start Date:
  • Immediate (as soon as possible)

• Rate per VA/project:
  • $4/hour - $5/hour (Based on experience)

• Payment Frequency:
  • Bi-weekly

• Currency for Payment:
  • USD

• Benefits:
  • HMO *after 1 year
  • PTO *after 1 year

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative and innovative with video editing and content creation.
  • Must be highly responsive and able to meet deadlines consistently.
