As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating leads, booking product demos, and moving qualified prospects through the sales funnel. This position is perfect for professionals with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
Assist with:
- Cold-calling and following up with potential leads
- Booking demos and sending reminders
- Performing client research and crafting targeted outreach
- Preparing monthly competitor reports and presentations
- Attending SDR review and strategy meetings
- Collaborating with internal sales executives
- Responding to inquiries and qualifying potential customers
- Managing ongoing customer communications and satisfaction
- Developing new sales strategies and improving outreach methods
Utilize:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRMs (please specify)
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
- Email Marketing Tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)
- Dialers such as Vonage and Epicalls
- Time management tools like Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Clockify
Other responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate manual records as required
- Participate in training and ongoing education
- Provide regular performance updates and reports
Qualifications:
- Required Skills:
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Excellent phone etiquette and confidence in cold outreach
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Familiarity with Excel and CRM platforms
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Background in sales or online marketing is an asset
- Ability to collaborate with diverse team members
- Must provide own workstation, computer, webcam (non-keyboard version), headset, and high-speed internet

Experience Level:
- Intermediate-Level (Moderate experience, able to handle more complex tasks)
Work Details
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM Pacific Time
- Hours per Week: 40 hours/week (Full-time)
- Duration: Indefinite - Ongoing as needed
- Start Date: ASAP
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate: $4 - $5 USD/hour
- Payment Frequency: Bi-Weekly
