About the Role

In this role, you will build predictive models, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with data science tools, and a desire to work in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to support business strategies.

  • Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

  • Work with product, engineering, and leadership teams to embed data science into decision-making.

  • Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and model monitoring frameworks.

  • Communicate complex results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a data science or advanced analytics role.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and data wrangling.

  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data modeling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, etc.).

  • Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
