Job Summary
The Account Strategist is the core person behind each one of our brands. You are responsible for the day to day operations and communications between the client and Bellavix. Think of yourself as a master delegator, project manager, and strategist.
- Delegator
- You cant do everything yourself. You need to be able to understand the clients needs and then delegate routine tasks to your assistants.
- As a master delegator, you will still need to ensure that items get done on time, and that quality work is produced.

- Project Manager
- You need to understand the goals of the client
- Their advertising spend and TACOs goals
- What their pain points are (think about what the client cares about and make sure it gets done)
- Keep clean and organized task management boards on Click up and client notes
- Anything promised on a call needs to be executed and communicated with the client
- There should be frequent updates on any tasks on Click up
- You will need to not only review your own tasks, but also the tasks of everyone who is working on your team for the client
- You need to understand the goals of the client
- Strategist
- Present strategy and opportunities to your client.
- Explain the meaning behind the numbers
- Dont just read off report numbers, explain why numbers are the way they are
- Show opportunities for improvement
- Review account in depth and find opportunities for growth
- Review brand analytics
- SQP reports
- Product opportunities explorer
- SEO opportunities
- Main image optimization
- Marketing promotions
- Fee audits
- Shipment discrepancy
- Etc
- Present and communicate actions the agency is taking and explain the results
Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
KPIs
- Client Churn
- Churn should not exceed 3% of managed mrr per quarter
- Employee Engagement:
- KPI 1: Employees reporting to you should have active projects 100% of the time, as determined by active task assignments in ClickUp
- KPI 2: There should be a 0% complaint rate to upper management from your subordinates regarding your conduct as a manager
- KPI 3: Quarterly manager review survey should average at least 8 on a scale of 1-10
- Client Satisfaction levels:
- KPI 1: 90% of quarterly client satisfaction surveys sent out each quarter
- KPI 2: An average of 8 or higher on score (ranging from 1-10)
