The Role:

• Lead electrical design and project delivery across key UK developments

• Oversee design reviews, budgeting, and resource management

• Support business development and financial control alongside senior management

• Mentor and manage junior engineering staff

• Ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance

The Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered status required)

• Minimum 10 years senior experience, ideally in a leading UK M&E consultancy

• Strong track record in commercial project delivery

• Proven leadership and team development experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
