The Role:

• Lead small to medium-sized projects and support Directors on major developments

• Develop project scope, budgets, and technical reports

• Guide junior engineers, review designs, and foster professional growth

• Deliver sustainable, energy-efficient solutions from design through to handover

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-profile UK and international projects

The Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Design (consultancy background preferred)

• Strong technical skills and progressing toward Chartered or Associate status

• Proven ability to manage project deliverables and mentor junior staff

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
