The Role:

Manage and develop relationships with national retail/wholesale accounts

Deliver annual sales, margin, and volume targets across assigned customers

Build and implement customer business plans and promotional strategies

Lead range reviews, new product listings, and trade marketing activities

Forecast accurately and collaborate with supply chain to ensure service levels

Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms in line with company objectives

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and commercial teams
The Requirements:

Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG sector

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar data is a plus

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
