The Role:

  • Manage and develop relationships with national retail/wholesale accounts

  • Deliver annual sales, margin, and volume targets across assigned customers

  • Build and implement customer business plans and promotional strategies

  • Lead range reviews, new product listings, and trade marketing activities

  • Forecast accurately and collaborate with supply chain to ensure service levels

  • Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities

  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms in line with company objectives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and commercial teams

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG sector

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar data is a plus

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
