Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team. You will advise customers on machine selection, offer pre- and post-sales support, and deliver ongoing technical guidance. Your engineering knowledge will ensure clients receive solutions that match their business goals and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers across Ireland for product demonstrations, installation, and support.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate machinery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and quotations.
• Provide hands-on technical training and after-sales support.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field activity and client interaction.
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or machinery support.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Practical knowledge of electromechanical systems.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with regular travel.
• Full driving license required.
