Field Service Engineer

What you'll do:

You will be directly involved in the Preparation, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial Ice Cream and Slush equipment across our customers sites.

Key Responsibilities: (Please note: training will be provided for the right candidate)

• Daily Preparation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Installation of equipment where applicable.
• Follow up training on equipment where required.
• Commissioning of new equipment ready for dispatch to our customers.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Produce timely and accurate service reports.
• Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
• Ensure compliance with set HSE guidelines.

The following skills and abilities will set you up for success:

• Good attitude to work and a willingness to travel from home each day.
• Technical awareness, confident in the use of hand tools
• Mechanical/Electrical/ Refrigeration or relevant experience would be helpful.
• Previous customer service experience with good communications skills
• Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
