The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR agenda across the business, ensuring the delivery of effective people strategies aligned with the companys goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with operational HR excellence in a fast-paced, global engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR function to deliver an effective people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership teams to drive organisational change and culture development.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Design and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices that align with international standards.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies to remain competitive in a global market.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment legislation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR and people-related matters.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, or equivalent in a multi-national environment.
- Strong experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and global HR frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in driving cultural change and HR transformation initiatives.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
