Job Description:

Job Purpose: To handle all logistics operations

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree with preferably five years of relevant experience or
    Masters degree with preferably two years of relevant experience
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft office specifically excel
  3. Good communication skills

Skills:

  1. To ensure full cooperation and coordination with customers
    To ensure and arrange on time picking/delivery of equipment/certificates from sites.
  2. To print calibration certificates prepared by respective calibration engineers/ technicians
  3. To ensure that submitted certificates are verified by concerned calibration engineers.
  4. To rectify certificates and re-submit for verification and approval.
  5. To prepare and issue purchase order to the subcontractor/vendor after review and approval by Technical Manager
  6. To ensure receiving inspections are being performed on incoming equipment from client.
  7. To prepare the delivery notes and ensure that invoices are being dispatched along with equipment and delivery note.
  8. To coordinate with Finance & Accounts in order to get the invoices prepared on timely basis.
  9. To prepare and validate the OT sheets (if any) of drivers.
  10. To send equipment to calibration laboratories on appropriate time for outsourced calibrations.
  11. To perform all other related jobs assigned by Technical Manager/ Supervisor
