Store Manager – Best&Less Rouse Hill (NEW STORE OPENING!)
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our brand‑new Rouse Hill store opening soon! If you’ve got the drive, leadership skills, and a passion for shaping shopping experiences that bring our community together, this is an exciting opportunity to build a store from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering customer service that’s second to none.
- Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
- Coaching, training, and developing your brand‑new “Best” team.
- Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
- Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day‑to‑day operations.
As a new store opening, you will also play a key role in setting up the store for launch, creating an engaging team culture, and ensuring the store opens strongly from day one.
We're a fast‑paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same! Our team members, known as our Besties, are at the heart of everything we do—delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
About you:
- 3+ years’ management experience in high‑volume retail.
- A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
- A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
- A passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer service and store standards.
- A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.
This role is active and hands‑on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet—assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, quick to switch between tasks, and comfortable working in a busy, high‑energy environment.
