The Role:
We are seeking a creative, commercially minded Loyalty Marketing Specialist to own and evolve the Best & Less Friends Club program and deliver high‑impact CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, campaigns, data, and customer experience, and enjoys turning insights into action across multiple channels.
About You:
You are a customer‑first marketer with strong CRM experience who enjoys building meaningful connections with customers through well‑executed loyalty programs and personalised communications.
You are comfortable owning end‑to‑end campaign delivery — from planning and briefing through to execution, optimisation and reporting — and you naturally collaborate across Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and external partners to deliver results.
You take pride in detail, love working in a fast‑paced retail environment, and bring energy, creativity and structure to everything you do.
Your Day Will Consist Of:
- Owning and operationally executing the Friends Club loyalty program, including planning category, thematic and promotional campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and revenue.
- Developing and briefing engaging content to promote Friends Club across all touchpoints including POS, website, app, EDM, SMS, and paid and organic social.
- Driving continual improvement of in‑store collateral and POS assets, working closely with Retail Ops, VM and Store teams to support member acquisition and engagement.
- Ideating, briefing and managing Friends Club activations such as competitions, campaigns, events and partnerships to increase loyalty, frequency and customer lifetime value.
- Planning and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other digital channels, including building campaigns and automations within Emarsys.
- Creating and managing the digital photoshoot document, balancing buyer, merchandising and CRM insights to ensure content supports campaign objectives and customer segments.
- Writing compelling customer‑facing copy including EDM subject lines, body copy, landing page content, web channel messaging and partnership content.
- Partnering closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure on‑site content supports the customer journey from CRM‑driven traffic.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights across the business through trade meetings, reviews and regular reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve CRM processes, templates and ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
As Our Loyalty Marketing Specialist, You Will Have:
- 2–3 years experience in CRM, marketing or digital marketing, with hands‑on email marketing experience.
- Proven experience working with customer loyalty programs, CRM campaigns and integrated brand communications.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Emarsys preferred).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels and audiences.
- Experience managing stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Exposure to retail or fashion environments, with an understanding of customer behaviour and trends.
- A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach, with strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital or a related discipline
- 2–3 years experience in CRM, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 1–2 years hands‑on Email Marketing experience
- Experience executing CRM and loyalty campaigns
- Experience building campaigns in a CRM platform (Emarsys preferred)
- Strong copywriting and stakeholder management skills
- Campaign reporting and performance analysis experience
Desirable
- Experience in retail or fashion environments
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Experience with campaign optimisation, personalisation and A/B testing
